Our guest today is the fascinating and delightful, Kathy Reid who is a Horse Whisperer. She is a practitioner of the Masterson Method which Kathy explains is,"working with the horse and not on the horse, which allows the horse to release tensions in essential core muscles that affect movement and performance". Additionally, "...help the horse be heard...the horse does not need to carry a rider to fulfill a life purpose.Life is her purpose. I believe that horses can shows how us a way into that level of being with life".
