Barry is a dynamic, compassionate practitioner who tells us, "My therapy and my somatic sex education practice have both grown during the pandemic...as people have felt progressively isolated". He continues, "The best thing that I did last year was organize a recording, using a volunteer chorus as a thank you to front line workers. It raised several thousand dollars for the Gary Sinese Foundation".

Our guest, Flora Cohen, is a physical therapist. She specializes in orthopedics, pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic pain. As to pelvic pain, she tells us, "this area has yet to hit the mainstream-many individuals suffer and don't know the the means or resources available to them". Flora continues, "my goal is to continue to educate and empower people, so that they know that they do not have to be victims to their pain. Fear is not the answer and there are resources available to help them to function optimally and to thrive".

Our guest, Paul Lasher is a teacher, a truly essential worker during this pandemic and beyond! Paul has been teaching a combination of 5th and 6th grades for the past 21 years. Paul tells us, "As a way to bring some normalcy to myself and my students I decided to do some weekly trivia questions and challenges for my students. My hope was that through humor and a fun task each day,i t would help my students through this very trying time. I dressed up in various costumes to ask questions in character. I also reached out to various athlete, public officials and other celebrities to ask questions as well. If 80% of the students answered the questions correctly, I would do a challenge each Friday by way of YouTubeLive. He added, "To my surprise, it not only helped many of the students, it also helped with my mental health as well".

Our guest this week is Evan Rabin who is the CEO of Premier Chess. Evan, who is a Chess Master, fell in love with chess at an early age. At 7 his father and brother taught him how to play and in 6 months he was competing, and winning tournaments. Today, Premier Chess teaches in schools and in corporations. Evan tells us, "...Premier Chess teaches life lessons through the game of chess for all ages and all levels". He went on, "Chess has influenced me to become a critical thinker".
